CDMenuPro is a software tool for creating individual menu applications with graphically illustrated user interfaces. You or the user can use the menu to start programs and ********s with buttons.

CDMenuPro is easy to use

Starting ********s

The Business Edition also comes complete with a starter program for PowerPoint and Pdf files, which searches the target system for these programs and offers to install the PowerPoint viewer or Acrobat Reader should these not be available.
Starting programs
Any executable program (exe, bat) can be linked with the buttons. A line containing run-time parameters can also be handed over with each program cue.
Trailer
CDMenuPro also makes it possible for your to design your own individual splash screen and/or AVI video trailer to provider your users with introductory information about the CD. You can also include background music.
Multimedia characteristics
In addition to this, the integrated Soundplayer and AVI Videoplayer enable you to link any button with a wav, mid, or avi file. Other multimedia files can be played on the Windows Media-Player program.
Drive and program icons
A bitmap converter will help you to create your own icon, which can be used as a drive and/or program icon. A tutorial on how to create an icon is included.
CDMenuPro as a front-end program
Of course, CDMenuPro is not solely attached to the autostart function. It can also be used for floppy discs, as a front-end program or as a desktop menu.
No software-specific runtime modules needed
Users of CDMenuPro will also benefit from the fact that it does not need its own runtime modules, DLLs and the like. CDMenuPro makes no changes to registry files or other system and/or Ini files. This means that CDMenuPro does not have to be installed on the target system.
Autoplay
The autoplay or autorun feature of the 32 bit Windows operating system makes it possible to start a program automatically when a CD or DVD is put into the CD ROM drive.
